How should I write my agency's offer for my website headline?

Votel recommends writing your offer as one short outcome sentence, your elevator pitch, that your ideal client can read and immediately understand. It should be the big bold H1 headline on your website, in as few words as possible. The shorter the better.

Focus on the outcome, not the tool. "We put AI agents on your leads" makes the customer connect the dots. The outcome is more sales, more booked appointments or more service jobs. A good example is "Get more roofing jobs without hiring new salespeople".

Avoid filler such as "we help businesses grow to new heights using excellent solutions". A visitor should know within three seconds that this is what they want. Pick one problem, not two. Positive outcome wording (get more sales, book more appointments) is preferred over pain wording such as "stop losing business", though pain wording also works.

The rest of the landing page is for visitors the headline did not convince, and it should explain the how and the why of that one offer.
